Former president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, was spotted dancing to the massively popular song, ‘Gangnam style’ by South Korean rapper, Psy.
He was in Ghana to monitor the presidential electionsand he took the time to have some fun and entertain voters, electoral officals and everyone else around.
