Jay Z Buys Daughter, Blue Ivy Carter a $1 million Playroom in Barclays

Blue Ivy Carter, daughter of one of the most powerful couple, Jay-Z and Beyonce who turns 1 on Monday, January 7, has her own luxurious hangout in the Barclays Center.

According to US Weekly, “Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year.” This includes a large area filled with Blue Ivy’s toys. The VIP space is the most expensive of the 11 suites to rent in the Barclays Center.

Blue Ivy’s pad also serves as a hang out space for adults when she's not around, complete with a champagne bar and jumbo TV screen. “Jay lets his friends use his digs when he’s not there,” the source says.
