Photos : Elderly Gay Couple Tie The Knot In China

Under the Weibo name of “Two old lovers”, an elderly gay couple recently posted a series of photos depicting their “wedding ceremony”, which is seen as a controversial act in many echelons of Chinese society.


Their love story began when a retired teacher fell in love with a water-delivery man who frequented his apartment. Calling each other “big baby” and “small baby”, the couple were married on January 30 in Beijing’s Pinggu District.
