No fewer than nine persons died on Good Friday in an accident involving an Audi 80 car and a Toyota Hiace bus on the Ogoja-Calabar Highway in Cross River State. It was also gathered that 12 others were seriously injured in the accident.
The accident occurred at about 6:00pm at Esinjok village following a head-on-collision between the two vehicles.
