Photo - Shakira shares the first picture of her son Milan

Shakira posted the first picture of her newborn son, Milan Piqué, on her and boyfriend Gerard Piqué's UNICEF website this morning.

The couple created the special page to encourage donations in Milan's name that will benefit underprivileged children around the world.
