 According to Shanghai Style File, a mother gave her toddler son a cigarette to smoke on Easter Sunday because she thought it was very funny.

The toddler and his mom were spotted on Easter Sunday in a park in Shanghai.

The mother was caught giving her son a cigarette. She even lit it for him and smiled as he smoked it.
