The on-going court battle involving the sitting Governor of Akwa Ibom, Chief Godswill Obot Akpabio and Engr. Frank Okon over the PDP primaries that were held on 15 January, 2011 has been adjourned again.
The case which was heard today by Justice Kafarti was adjourned to March 6, 2011.
