With Khotot El Homr Ameera Defines Cool

Ameera was a nobody till today...the Lebanese new comer has a slam dunk which is to say she is a winner. Sticking to the Lebanese style of music, mawal and singing she plays it safe, but that's truly her strength. Not since the 90s and since Lebanese then new comer Claudia Al Shamali has a female delivered a Lebanese style song in such a good delivery and a cute one.

But in this day and age, a good song can only take you so far. A great music video can help you become a star. Ameera has a wonderful artfully executed music video that shows some great talents backing her up. It plays like a Tom and Jerry episode with a hint of Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter by Tim Burton. I would also think there is a Cat in the Hat influence.

The starlet is likable and so is her model dude who both play their roles so well in demonstrating that love is nothing but a game of chasing and being chased, no stalking of course. Ameera has some dance moves in her hand and she is not short on good looks, she has plenty. The title of the song is about lines that are not meant to be crossed. At the end things get twisted and you get to see how people act when the table has turned. Also, I love the director who is Randly Qdeeh, one of the hardest working and most creative female directors in Arabia.
