What happen to the musicians who use to put God and church above money? Now the Black Church is left with keyboard players who really don't know how to read music. Have they abandon the Black Church for mega $$$$. Music is an essential element of the Black Church which relied on a steady stream of musical and religious talent. What happen to using music to develop and grow people, spiritually? Right now it is all about the band and the spotlighting the best voice. So instead of looking for people who have a heart for ministry, you look for the best musicians. And for them, it's just another gig. What Do You Think?
