Justin and his wife wed in southern Italy, where they had gathered with friends earlier in the week, the magazine reports. The wedding date wasn't given, but it was likely Friday, as the magazine reported the couple hosted a party around bonfires on Thursday and a beach party with fireworks and live music on Wednesday.
The magazine published a statement from the couple saying, "It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends."
The couple began dating in 2007, broke up early in 2011, then reunited and became engaged December.
It is the first marriage for both, though Timberlake famously dated fellow Mickey Mouse Club member Britney Spears from 1999 to 2002.
