Serena Williams Beats Maria Sharapova To Win French Open

 

World number 1, Serena Williams beats the defending champion and world number 2, Maria Sharapova to win French open title 2013.

This is her 16th Grand Slam title and her second French Open title. She won her first French open title in 2002 against sister Venus Williams.

Serena beats Sharapova 6-4 6-4 straight to cling the title. Maria gave it her all, but she couldn't handle Serena's firepower.
