2face Idibia marries Annie Macaulay in court

2face Idibia has spoken for the first time since exchanging wedding vows with Annie Macaulay. And it was via microblogging site, Twitter where he confirmed that he has tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend and fiancée Annie Macaulayafter a secret wedding on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.

The pop icon took to his Twitter account to confirm the news which had been going around for days, ‘Hello beautiful pple of the republic! It is true! It is official! Annie and I r legally married! Thanx 4 your support and best wishes’, @real2faceidibia tweeted.

And of course, the pop star got instant congratulatory messages from his fans and followers – all wishing him ‘Happy married life’.

As reported earlier, the couple tied the knot on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at a private registry wedding in Lagos.

Annie Macaulay’s rival, Pero delivers baby no. 6 for 2face

Information at our disposal has it that one of the babymamas of 2face Idibia, Pero Adeniyi who was reported to have been pregnant for the star singer has given birth to a baby boy.

Pero who now has 3 kids for the African Queen singer is said to be trying to keep the news away from the press. Connoisseur.com learnt that 2face, though in United Stateswhere Pero was delivered of the baby is yet to visit the mother of his 6^thchild.

Meanwhile, Annie Macaulay whom 2face chosed to marry from among his 3 babymamas has tried shelving the discussion of the issue with her as she threatened to block anybody (on twitter) who tries to ask her “dumb” questions on the issue.

2face to storm Akwa Ibom July for Annie Macaulay

If information at the disposal of Connoisseur.com is anything to go by, then multiple-award winning music star, 2face Idibia is set to storm Akwa Ibom, the hometown of his wife-to-be, Annie Macaulay for the traditional marriage rites.

It is learnt that Mr. Innocent Ujah Idibia (2face’s real name) is under pressure to go and see Annie’s family and is considering wrapping up everything on the marriage rites soon.

Annie, has purportedly been receiving insults from 2face’s other babymamas which is what could have also informed 2face and Annie’s decision to walk down the aisle soon.

NELSON MANDELA DEAD?

Rumours making the rounds have it that former South African President, Nelson Mandela (a.k.a Madiba) is dead. It could be recalled that in 2007 it was reported that the apartheid fighter was dead and the rumour resurrected yesterday evening.

The story had that Mandela died in a Paris hospital. But Connoisseur.com can authoritatively confirm that Madiba is hale and hearty. The rumours of the death of celebrities have been the order of the day as legendary musician 2face Idibia was also rumoured dead during the week barely after proposing to longtime girl friend, Annie Macaulay.

2FACE IDIBIA GETTING MARRIED TO A’IBOM’S ANNIE MACAULAY

It was undoubtedly the biggest news during this year’s St. Valentine’s day. Africa’s music legend, 2face Idibia (from Benue State, Nigeria) will be getting married to an Akwa Ibom daughter, Annie Macaulay.

2face proposed at Club 10 owned by Austin Okocha. Annie who is a Nollywood actress (starred in Blackberry Babes) was absolutely surprised and couldn’t hold back her emotions as she sheded tears of joy as she said ‘yes’ to the proposal.

Both have dated for close to one and half decade. We learnt that it was Annie that thought 2face the meaning of ‘Mfana Ibaha’ which is one of the hits in the album which also had African Queen. She already has a child (Isabella) for 2face.

But come to think of it, this 2face get mind o. Pero Adeniyi is carrying his 6^th child and he went on to propose to another babe. How would she feel? Hmm…My mouth shut up!
