Glo has signed new ambassadors from the Nigerian music genre and will soon cut ties with some of their old ambassadors from Nollywood. These here are some of the ambassadors at Globacom office this week to collect their goody bags. From left: M.I, Omawumi, Lynxxx, Bez, Waje and Naeto C.
Nigerian Breweries PLC recenly revealed that top entertainers including 2face Idibia, Tiwa Savage, Waje, D’banj, Wizkid, Obesere, Flavour, 9ice and other top entertainers are headlined for this year’s edition of Star Trek.
Titled ‘Nigeria Rocks‘, this year’s edition of the nation-wide concert will run from May 25 to June 23. Organisers say cities to be covered include Ibadan, Makurdi, Ilesha, Lagos, and Sapele. Others are Awka, Abakaliki, Uyo and Calabar.

Nigerian Singer Aituaje "Waje" iruobehas been declared a new judge on Nigerian breweries sponsored show, Star Quest. Waje will replace Freeze of Cool FM and join singers paul play and KCee on judges seat .
The announcement was made by NB PLC,corporate adviser ,Mr Yusuf Ageni who said this year's edition will be more exciting
The band-based music competition will start with auditions in Markurdi,enugubeninand lagos from February 21 to March 8. Thirty-six finalists will be selected for the finals and the winning band will walk away with N7.5 Million recording contract, N3.6 Million cash and a brand new mini van.
